Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays in postal service will be communicated effectively but are outside of our control. All packages are shipped via USPS and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48hrs for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 317-749-6930 via text, or email jabreraven10@gmail.com with your name and order number.

 

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Order confirmation email will need to be shown to pick-up any orders. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES



We have a no-return policy. In the event your order was damaged via shipment please email us with your order number and a photo of your item’s condition. Damages will be addressed immediately and claim will be filed with USPS. Claim results vary but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
